Paying Securely with Premier Ship Models
We want you to feel confident every time you shop with us. All payments made through the Premier Ship Models website are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers at any point.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods across our storefronts:
- Credit and debit cards – processed securely via Worldline
- Google Pay – processed securely via Worldline
- PayPal – processed securely via PayPal
- Bank transfer – available on request for eligible orders
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to limit available payment options at our discretion.

Your storefront will display prices in your local currency. If your bank or card provider applies a currency conversion fee, this is outside our control and is charged by your provider directly.
For bank transfer payments from international customers, any transfer fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
Card and Digital Wallet Payments — Worldline
Card payments and Google Pay on our website are processed by Worldline, a leading global payment technology provider. When you enter your card details or use Google Pay at checkout, your information is encrypted and transmitted securely directly to Worldline. Premier Ship Models does not see, handle, or store your card or wallet details at any point during this process.

Google Pay
Google Pay allows you to pay quickly and securely using the payment details saved to your Google account. When you choose Google Pay at checkout, your payment is processed through Worldline using the same secure, encrypted connection as standard card payments. Your full card details are never shared with Premier Ship Models.
Google Pay is available on supported devices and browsers. If Google Pay does not appear as an option at checkout, please use an alternative payment method.
PayPal Payments
If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal platform to complete your payment securely. PayPal is one of the world’s most widely used online payment services and uses advanced encryption and fraud monitoring to protect every transaction.
When paying via PayPal, your financial details are handled entirely by PayPal and are never shared with Premier Ship Models. For further information on PayPal’s security, please visit www.pay pal.com.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is available for eligible orders, including larger retail orders and bespoke commissions. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us and we will provide our banking details along with your order reference.
Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched, unless separate payment terms have been agreed in writing.
For international bank transfers, please ensure all transfer fees are covered on your side so that the full invoice amount reaches us.
SSL Encryption
The Premier Ship Models website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption across all pages, including checkout. This means that any information you submit through our website – including personal and payment details – is encrypted in transit and cannot be intercepted by third parties. You can confirm this by looking for the padlock icon in your browser address bar.
Strong Customer Authentication
When paying by card, you may be asked to complete an additional verification step as part of the 3D Secure process – for example, entering a one-time code sent to your phone or confirming the payment through your banking app. This is a standard fraud prevention measure required under UK financial regulations and is designed to protect you. If you are unsure whether a verification request is genuine, contact your bank directly.
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. If Your Payment Is Declined
If your payment is declined at checkout, please check the following before trying again:
- Confirm your card details and billing address are entered correctly
- Check with your bank that the card is authorised for online or international transactions
- Try an alternative payment method

Custom and Bespoke Order Payments
Payment for custom and bespoke model commissions is structured differently from standard retail orders. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 50% deposit payable upon confirmation of order
- 30% payable when the model reaches approximately 75% completion
- Remaining balance payable in full prior to dispatch or collection
